What I've heard of the Major Lazer is pretty bananas. I was at the listening party last week and got to hear a good chunk of it, and it's exactly what you would expect a project from Diplo and Switch to be like (that means: great). It's reggae/dancehall/what-the-hell-do-you-call-it for the 28th century.
Anyway, they'll be on the road this summer. Get your dancin' shoes ready, and trust me, you're going to be hearing so much Major Lazer this year that you may get burnt out on it in six months a la Justice/MSTRKRFT, so try and catch them now while you still are young and virginal.
