Not many actors make good musicians as well - Zooey Deschanel, I love you but I've never really caught on with She & Him. Ryan Gosling, however, is making some surprisingly good music. Who would've thought? His band Dead Man's Bones has been getting quite the buzz in the past few months with a couple of videos, but now they've released their song "My Body's A Zombie For You," which comes off of their debut album out October 6th on Anti- Records. And it's...damn good. Slightly epic, slightly dark, and kind of Arcade Fire-esque (I mean that seriously, not in the way that every reviewer compares every band ever to Arcade Fire).
Also, the children in the song are from the Silverlake Conservatory's Children Choir, and I have to represent my home turf.
