This past Tuesday, July 24th, HSB photographer Akmal Naim and I went to the Chromeo, Flosstradamus, and Manic performances at Tuesdays @ Cinespace, which I'm sure all of you are fairly familiar with. The performance was Manic's CD release show for their new EP Another New Home, which is kind of odd considering how they were the first band to play. Flosstradamus actually played two sets that night, one after Manic and then one after Chromeo played, DJing a set mixed with Klaxons, Daft Punk and Sir Mix-A-Lot, among many other songs. Chromeo's set was marred by a rather long technical difficulty which was pretty aggravating, but they recovered well.
